Get Real Safety Awareness
Training
Instructor Rhonda Payne has been teaching women and girls
how to set personal boundaries, recognize potential dander
and reduce their overall risk of attack for over twenty
years. Statistically, women and girls are more likely to be
assaulted by someone they know than be a stranger. Girls
under the age of 18 comprise about 60% of the victims.
The GET REAL Safety Awareness Training course is designed to
be a fun, interactive way to learn valuable skills that
every woman should have: physical, mental, and emotional
self-defense. Come and and find out how empowering a few
hours of your time can be.
